Nairobi, Nov 2nd 2015... Kenya Airways wishes to clarify that due to bad weather KQ Flight 102 was unable to land in Heathrow,London this morning and diverted to Milan, Italy.
Britain has been engulfed by fog since yesterday making it difficult for flights to land or take off from the airports including Heathrow.
We have instituted several measures including regular updates, food and beverages to our guests stranded in Milan. Our flight out of
London last night KQ 101 is also delayed due to bad weather as we are not authorized to operate in low visibility conditions.
Kenya Airways wishes to apologize to our guests affected by this act of nature and assure them that we are doing possible to reroute
and accommodate them. We thank you for patience and continued support.
